Cancelation policy:a cancellation before 1 May 2025 is entitled to a full refund. A cancellation before 15 June 2025 is entitled to a 50% refund. A cancellation after 22 June 2025 is entitled to a 30% refund.

Content of registration:

• One full registration includes: access to all technical sessions and associated events, conference kit, access to Compumag website, lunches and coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet.
• One student registration includes: access to all technical sessions and associated events, conference kit, access to Compumag website, lunches and coffee breaks, welcome reception. Banquet tickets can be bought at conference desk.
  Students requesting a reduced fee are required to submit a declaration from their advisor.
• One accompanying person registration includes: lunches and coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet.

The receipt will be issued and sent to the registered email address as soon as the payment will be processed.

Conference presentations:

• Each registration allows the participant to present 1 (one) contribution at the conference.
• Additional conference presentations: participants with full registration are allowed to present up to 2 (two) additional contributions with a fee of € 70 for each additional presentation.

Full paper publication:

For each contribution presented at the conference, the author(s) are entitled to submit a full (extended) paper for possible journal publication.

• The contribution must have been presented.  In the case of a ‘no-show’ no corresponding full paper can be submitted.
• Full (extended) papers submitted for publication may be up to 6 pages long.
• Depending on the post-conference review process outcome, the paper may be accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, or accepted for publication in IEEE Digital Library, or rejected.
• Papers accepted for publication on Transactions on Magnetics: to cover publication expenses, authors will be charged a fee of € 100 for the first published paper and of € 200 for additional ones. This sum will be collected by the organizers after the review process, but before publication.
• Papers accepted in the Digital Library: free of charge.
