double rooms at 205€ per night.

We recommend securing your reservation promptly to take advantage of current pricing. These discounted rooms are limited and represent excellent value given the current demand.

Information Notice: Discounted rates and Cancellation Policy
To benefit from the special rate reserved for the congress, a full payment must be received within 30 days of booking, otherwise the booking will not be confirmed. In case you need to cancel your room, we have agreed to a refund policy providing for a full refund by April 15th, and a 50% refund by May 15th. After that, no refund is possible.
If you prefer a different payment option (e.g., payment on site at checkout), the booking can be managed independently (e.g. through web platforms or by choosing the “other hotels” option).
